Assembly of flat-pack furniture such as desks, shelves, cupboards and other household items, subject to size and complexity.
Doors, cupboards & hardware
Minor door repairs and adjustments, replacement handles and hinges, cupboard door adjustments, and basic lock or latch replacement.
Shelves, pictures & fittings
Hanging shelves, pictures, mirrors and suitable household fittings, depending on the wall type and the item being installed.
Wall patching & paint touch-ups
Minor wall holes, small cracks, patching and touch-up painting to help tidy up everyday wear and tear.
Silicone & sealing
Removing and replacing old silicone and sealing small gaps where appropriate, including around selected fixtures.
Outdoor cleaning & upkeep
High-pressure cleaning, gutter cleaning and minor gutter repairs where safely accessible. The exact scope depends on access and site conditions.
Basic locks & latches
Replacement of suitable basic locks, handles and latches. More complex security work may need a specialist.
